Adult and Children’s Services Referrals and Admissions

All Referrals should be addressed to Adult and Children’s Sector Managers directly across the regions in Galway East, Galway West, and Roscommon Sectors.  

Referrals are accepted from a number of different sources including – individuals with disabilities and their families, Local GP (General Practitioner), Other Services or Multi-Disciplinary Teams, Social Workers, HSE, and Schools.
